Our Team

Carrie graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1979. She obtained her CPA license in 1980 and started her career with our firm in 1976 and later became Partner in 1996. She has extensive knowledge and experience with audit, accounting, and tax engagement across various industries. Currently she is chairman of the board at Thomaston Savings Bank and serves on the Mattatuck Museum Board. She has also served on several non-profit boards in the past including the CTCPA.

Keith is a lifelong member of the Waterbury community and graduated from Marist College with a B.A in Accounting in 1987. He received his CPA license in 1992. He joined the firm in 1989 as a staff accountant and became Partner in 1996. He has extensive knowledge in auditing, accounting, and tax engagements across various industries. He supervises over 30 not for profit engagements and specializes in local credit unions. Currently he acts as Treasurer and Board Member of two for-profit corporations and one not-for-profit. Previously, he served as Treasurer and Board Member for numerous community services organizations.

Bill graduated from New Haven College in 1970 and received  his CPA license in 1972 and has been with our firm since 1980. He also served in the Airforce from 1959 to 1963. Bill has extensive experience and knowledge across both accounting and tax fields but specializes in Trust, Estate, and Gift Tax related projects.

Betsy graduated from Ithaca College in 1980 and obtained her CPA license in 1983. She has been with our firm since 2006 and has vast experience in both auditing and tax engagements. Betsy’s meticulous attention to detail has allowed her to become a trusted tax advisor.

Troy graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2019 and obtained his CPA license in 2021 and has been with our firm since 2023. He oversees all our audit processes to ensure precision and compliance and has experience preparing audit, review, compilation and state single audit engagements.

Dawn graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2012 and has been with our firm since 2012. As a Staff Accountant Dawn works as a team member on our accounting and tax engagements. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and assists our clients with QuickBooks Solutions, prepares tax returns, and other financial reports.

Karolina graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2020 and has been with our firm since 2016.  As an Adjunct Senior Staff Accountant Karolina works as a team member on our auditing and tax engagements. She assists in preparing financial statements, state single audits, and tax returns.

Sarah graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2016 and has been with our firm since 2017.  As an Adjunct Senior Staff Accountant Sarah works as a team member on our tax engagements. She also maintains clients’ Quickbooks, prepares tax returns, and other financial reports.

Jimmy graduated from UCONN Storrs in 2019 and has been with our firm since 2021.  As a senior staff accountant Jimmy is a crucial member of our team, specializing in meticulous account management and reconciliation. As a valuable team member, he actively contributes to our accounting, tax, and audit engagements. He proficiently maintains client’s Quickbooks, prepares tax returns, financial statements, reconciliations, and prepares monthly and quarterly reports for our bookkeeping clients.

McKayla graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with her Associates in Accounting in 2023 and is currently completing her Bachelors in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. She has been with our firm since 2022. As an Intern Accountant McKayla works as a team member on auditing, accounting, and tax engagements. She maintains clients’ Quickbooks, prepares tax returns, financial statements, reconciliations, and prepares monthly and quarterly reports for our clients.

Nate graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2022 and is currently undergoing his Masters Degree at Post University. He has been with our firm since 2022.  As a staff accountant Nate is a crucial member of our team, specializing in meticulous account management and reconciliation. As a valuable team member, he actively contributes to our accounting, tax, and audit engagements. He helps maintain clients’ Quickbooks, prepares returns, financial statements, monthly reconciliations, and prepares monthly and quarterly reports for our bookkeeping clients.

Jeremy graduated from Bryant University in 2022 and has been with our firm since 2023.  As a Staff Accountant Jeremy works as a team member on our auditing, accounting, and tax engagements. He helps maintain clients’ Quickbooks, prepares returns, financial statements, monthly reconciliations, and preapres monthly and quarterly reports for our bookkeeping clients.

Maggie graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2022 and has been with our firm since 2022. As the Billing Administrator Maggie helps with client management, accounts receivables, and accounts payable. She also assists with client deliverables, client correspondence, and firm management.

Breanna graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 2020 and has been with our firm since 2022.  As an Administrative Assistant, Breanna helps with client management, financial statements, and client correspondence. She also assists with client deliverables, marketing material, and firm management.

Lisa graduated from Post University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Account in 1992 and has been with our firm since 2013. Lisa is a seasonal preparer who specializes in individual income tax.
